Janitorial Team Member - Waters Condos

The Exterior Janitorial Team Member is a hands-on role dedicated to maintaining the premium appearance and safety of the Waters Condominiums' outdoor and common areas. Operating daily between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, this position is responsible for high-visibility tasks including debris removal, pressure washing, floor care, and the sanitization of pool, patio, and garage facilities.
