Project Manager I

The purpose of this position is to oversee assigned capital and facility projects from initial planning through design, construction, occupancy, and the warranty phase. This includes managing complex construction and renovation projects, as well as other initiatives as directed. The role functions independently with minimal supervision and provides regular updates on key activities through scheduled meetings.
