Payroll and Accounting Support

Job Description Primary Role and Responsibilities will include Payroll & Receivables

• Driver Payroll Settlement processing in Mc. Leod trucking software
• Enter & maintain payroll data in Excel & in software.
• Review & Audit payroll for accuracy and Discrepancies
• Engage & answer questions regarding payroll
• Maintain Organized records & Documentation
• Create daily bank deposits and posting of funds daily
• Accounts Receivables, making calls and ensuring timely payment from customers Back-up Accounts Payable
• Support & Back up Payable processing
• Enter invoices & maintain Accurate vendor records
• Assist with Invoice matching, payment processing & reconciliations
• Provide coverage for Accounts payable responsibilities when needed Qualifications and Education Requirements
• High School diploma or GED
• 2 years’ Accounting Experience
• Strong Attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Basic Office experience, particularly Excel.
