This role sits within the Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) department in Keppel's Infrastructure Division. Keppel DHCS Pte Ltd is seeking motivated and passionate Graduate Engineers to join our Engineering & Design team under our Keppel Associate Programme for leadership development. This programme is designed to provide fresh graduates with broad-based exposure across District Cooling Systems (DCS), in-building chiller plants, engineering design, project development, procurement, and emerging cooling technologies.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on large-scale sustainable cooling and energy infrastructure projects in Singapore and overseas. The role offers a strong foundation for future technical and leadership growth within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of DCS and in-building chiller plant designs for tender submissions and potential projects, including both greenfield and brownfield developments.
  • Assist in developing engineering drawings and BIM models using CAD/BIM software such as AutoCAD and Revit, including: a) Equipment layout drawings b) Schematic diagrams c) Elevational and sectional drawings d) Mechanical and electrical coordination drawings e) 3D building and plant models
  • Support the preparation of technical proposals, engineering write-ups, and presentation materials for bid submissions and client engagements.
  • Participate in value engineering and value-based design studies to develop innovative and differentiated technical solutions.
  • Work closely with the Business Development, Project Development and Operations teams in preparing tender specifications, technical documentation, and drawings for tender issuance.
  • Coordinate with Procurement teams, contractors, suppliers, and vendors during tendering and technical evaluation processes.
  • Assist in reviewing operational performance of existing district and retail cooling plants and support data-driven improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in discussions and collaboration activities with government agencies, Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), industry partners, and technology providers on new cooling technologies and sustainability initiatives.
  • Support internal coordination across engineering, project development, operations, and procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor or Head of Department.
