JOB SUMMARY
Operates exciting beverage environment that attracts and retains gaming guests while contributing to the operating success of the Food and Beverage department. Responsible for the successful execution of beverage operations within the established operational standards. When scheduled as a barback, responsible for providing friendly, excellent service to every customer and keeping the beverage area clean and stocked.
Responsible for delivery of requisitioned bar supplies (i.e., CO2 containers, liquor, wine, beer, fruit, glasses, matches, ashtrays, ice, etc.) All functions will be performed within the guidelines of the Downstream Casino Resort policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards, and objectives.
