Job description
As a Post Adoption Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for providing post permanency services and education in the branch’s respective state and county after adoption finalization to families who have adopted or are formal kinship or legal custodial guardians. This individual must always be ready to share about post adoption services either through SWAN funded services or private funded services.
