Job description
The Building Engineer assumes responsibility for the comprehensive physical operation and maintenance of the property. This includes overseeing all mechanical equipment, heating, and air conditioning devices, and possessing knowledge of minor plumbing and electrical work. The Engineer collaborates with the Property Manager to engage external contractors as necessary.
Reporting directly to the manager, the Engineer is committed to adhering to established policies and procedures to ensure the property's optimal operating efficiency.
