Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present European and Continental dishes Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards Handle food preparation, cooking, and plating Follow kitchen hygiene and food safety procedures Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth daily operations Monitor inventory and kitchen supplies Ensure cleanliness and organized kitchen operations Salary: ₹43,000 – ₹47,000 INR Per Month Requirements 2+ years of experience as a European/Continental Chef Strong knowledge of European cuisine preparation Experience in hotels, restaurants, cafés, or catering kitchens preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Basic English communication preferred Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards Preferred Candidate Profile: Continental Chef European Cuisine Chef Hotel Chef Restaurant Chef Commis Chef CDP (Chef de Partie) Fine Dining Chef Multi Cuisine Chef Benefits International work opportunity in Vietnam Professional kitchen environment Career growth opportunities Exposure to international hospitality standards
