Mc. Easy, a transportation management solution to simplify complex logistics operations. is looking for an Event Manager to join our ever-growing team. Own the end-to-end planning and execution of B2B events — webinars, joint/collaboration events, product launches, and brand activations Act as conceptor for events — develop original ideas and concepts Leverage existing vendor and supplier network (venues, production, staging, AV, catering, staffing) to execute efficiently Leverage existing media relationships/connections to support event visibility, PR, and coverage Manage relationships with co-collaboration partners for joint events Report event plans, progress, and results directly to C-level stakeholders Manage event budgets, vendor contracts, and post-event ROI/performance reporting Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales teams to align event objectives with pipeline goals 5+ years of experience in event management, with a strong background in Event Organizer (EO) work Proven experience handling B2B events — this is a must-have, not just B2C/consumer events Hands-on experience running webinars, joint/collaboration events, and product launches Established vendor relationships/connections across event production and logistics Established media relationships/connections for PR and event visibility Track record of sourcing and securing sponsorships Strong conceptor mindset — able to originate event ideas/concepts, not just execute a brief Experience reporting directly to C-level stakeholders Strong project management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
