We’re hiring an experienced Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary outpatient team in Oklahoma City. The ability to speak Spanish is not required. We provide trained interpreter support. And for those who want to learn: we'll provide Spanish lessons or send you to Antigua, Guatemala. Why Join Therapitas? A Sustainable Caseload: Most therapists carry about 23–28 hours of direct therapy per week, with caseloads built around experience and preferences. Structured Mentorship and Support: New hires go through a formal training and ramp-up period, with ongoing support through regular one-on-ones, documentation guidance, and professional development. What We’re Looking For DPT or PT degree from an accredited program Oklahoma PT license or eligibility to obtain Someone with 3+ years of experience in pediatrics who is willing and eager to take on students and supervise PTAs. Passion for working with children and families Mission-driven approach to care What You’ll Do Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients Provide skilled intervention to improve strength, mobility, motor development, and functional independence Document services in our easy-to-use EMR Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and other team members to provide coordinated, family-centered care Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Physical Therapy students What We Offer $74,000 – $86,000 / year based on schedule and experience with up to $8,000 signing bonus available for candidates not participating in SIP.
