Summary The Assistant Patient Care Manager is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of nursing operations, ensuring quality care for patients and their families.

Mentors, serves as a resource, and provides support for staff and faculty on clinical nursing issues while meeting the department, nursing, and organization goals. Oversees clinical care performed by assigned nursing staff. Job Title: Assistant Patient Care Manager Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Minimum Field of Study: Nursing or other related field of study Minimum Education Notes: Associate's degree with BSN in process, to be completed within University program guidelines, not to exceed four (4) years from date of hire.

Preferred Education Level: Master's Degree Preferred Field of Study: Nursing Preferred Education Notes: Licensure Certification Needed: Yes Minimum Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) Minimum Licensure (Other): Training Required: Strong computer skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Advanced nursing skills; IV therapy, intervention with emergencies, teaching skills. Demonstrated competency in in-patient and out-patient best practices including patient care, technology, and processes Salary Range $95,940.00 - $146,361.80 Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role.
