Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and expand the dealer network across assigned regions Identify and onboard potential dealers to strengthen market presence Maintain strong relationships with existing and new dealers Guide and support dealers in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets Monitor dealer performance and provide strategic solutions for improvement Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely support Prepare performance reports and share insights with the management Requirements Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple dealers and regions effectively Good understanding of sales processes and business development Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Problem-solving mindset with strong follow-up skills Benefits Benefits: 18 Annual Paid Leaves On-the-Job Training Annual Company Trips Positive & Supportive Work Environment Growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding organization
