Physical Therapist Director Position Details Location: Winchester, VA Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $90,000-$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Summary We are hiring a Physical Therapist Director for an outpatient physical therapy clinic in Winchester, VA. This role is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist who wants to take on a larger leadership role while continuing to make a direct impact through patient care.

In this position, you will help lead the clinic’s daily clinical services, support the therapy team, and ensure patients receive clear, goal-based treatment. Your work will help patients improve mobility, regain strength, manage pain, and return to daily routines with better function and confidence.

Responsibilities
