Your Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care to patients assigned through patient choice and value-based contracts. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC. Participate in provider meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives. Occasionally assist with patient care during high-volume periods in the ER.

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. U.S. work authorization required (we are unable to sponsor visas). Prior primary care experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply. Eligible for medical staff privileges at our facility.

Preferred Skills
