Role Overview We are seeking a Semi Sr Learning & Development Analyst to design, implement and execute development and talent initiatives across the region. The role combines performance management, talent processes, and data-driven insights, working closely with HRBPs, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive capability building, foster leadership development, and support employee growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Support key talent processes, including Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs). Design and facilitate development programs, workshops and development initiatives for employees across the organization. Analyze data, monitor participation, and generate actionable insights and reports to inform decision-making.

Support the development of tools and processes related to Learning & Development. Ensure effective communication and coordination with stakeholders. Experience: 3 years of experience in HR, Talent Development, or Learning & Development.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, Behavioral Sciences or related fields. Technical Skills

• Proficiency in digital tools and HR systems.
• Workday knowledge is a plus.
• Advanced English.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and multicultural teams. Core Competencies
