What You'll Do

Clean residential and commercial windows to the highest standards. Perform interior and exterior window cleaning using professional equipment. Clean window tracks, screens, mirrors, and glass doors. Operate water-fed pole systems, ladders, and traditional window cleaning tools (training provided). Work safely and efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Represent Up To Par Cleaning with professionalism and integrity. We're Looking For Someone Who: Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Enjoys working outdoors in a physically active environment. Is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in their work. Has excellent attention to detail. Is comfortable working on ladders and at heights (training provided).

Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Can lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day. Works well independently and as part of a team. Experience Previous window cleaning experience is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train the right individual who is eager to learn and committed to excellence.
