Maintenance Tech III

Performs electrical and mechanical up-keep and repairs facilities, buildings and equipment. Troubleshoots, diagnoses and makes necessary repairs. Designs and implements systems as required. Must be able to operate mill, lathe, and forklift, and to perform welding. Assists in and helps manage all recycling and waste water treatment equipment.

Works closely with facilities group in all aspects of the job. Assists in setting up and maintaining an ongoing preventive maintenance program for the facility. Maintains an organized, safe and clean work area.
