Continuous Improvement Director

The Director of Continuous Improvement is responsible for driving enterprise-wide operational excellence by developing and executing strategies that improve business performance, operational efficiency, cost effectiveness, quality, and customer value. This role leads the identification, analysis, prioritization, and implementation of sustainable process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and other Continuous Improvement principles and methodologies.

Will lead and develop cross-functional teams and coach leaders at all levels to build a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and problem-solving. This role ensures improvement initiatives are aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives, effectively integrated into daily operations, and sustained over time.
