SPARCS Facilitator

SPARCS Facilitator provides structured, trauma-informed group services to youth and adolescents experiencing stress, trauma, or emotional challenges. Using the SPARCS evidence-based curriculum, this role focuses on helping youth develop coping skills, build resilience, strengthen emotional regulation, and improve problem solving strategies.

Facilitator will lead group sessions, maintain a safe and supportive environment, and collaborate with schools, families, and community partners to ensure consistent support for participants. Ideal candidates are engaging, skilled at connecting with youth, and committed to promoting wellness, empowerment, and positive growth.
