AR Coordinator

Supervise invoice processing, vendor payments, expense reimbursements, and accruals. Oversee billing, invoicing, collections, and cash application processes. Prepare and review AP/AR reports, aged payables/receivables, and cash flow summaries. Assist in identifying and implementing AP/AR process enhancements. Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards.
