Find out more at: www.solotech.com The Product Specialist is responsible for serving customers on the phone, by e-mail and/or responding to requests made via the Internet.
They will mainly take care of customers with special and/or specific internet orders, organize their orders, answer their questions, and follow up on their orders. Your day will look like this: Receive customer calls in a courteous and professional manner to meet their needs for audio-visual equipment and services. Communicate with customers in an engaging manner using language they are familiar with.
Field customer inbound sales opportunities via phone, email, and chat. Engages with customers through outbound activities. Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers. Evaluates the customer's needs and proposes innovative technological solutions. Stays up to date with market trends, product applications, technical specifications, market conditions, external influences, promotional activities.
Performs supply management and reports on customer activities. Performs follow up activities with customer such as after sale concerns and backorder filling. Share knowledge of Solotech's products, operations and internal competencies with the team. Help follow up on various customer files. Provide detailed information on a wide range of products and solutions sold.
Handle objections and disputes effectively, using active listening and counter-proposal techniques to strike a balance with the customer (customer service). Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of technologies and products sold, as well as a general understanding of all solutions offered by Solotech. Record transactions in a computerized system and ensure payment of purchases.

Your profile
High School Diploma or GED Minimum 2 years' experience in audio-visual or electronics sales Variable working hours depending on opening hours. Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to adapt to new technology. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. High attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
