Critical Care - RN CHARGE 12 HR NOC

Provides leadership and serves as resource for staff. Responsible for decision making and problem solving on the unit. Teaches, guides and evaluates the performance of staff, including counseling. Performs established nursing procedures for patients based on the core competencies described in the staff nurse job description.
