Technical Support Advisor (German)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a German speaking Technical Support Advisor to join their teams in Barcelona. Position: Technical Support Advisor Location: Spain Model: Remote Employment type: Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as the first point of contact for dealers and end users via phone and email Troubleshoot technical issues and provide accurate and timely solutions Educate customers on product usage, updates and best practices Create and manage support tickets to ensure proper tracking and resolution Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated cases Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in internal systems Take ownership of customer cases and progress them through to resolution or escalation REQUIREMENTS: Native or near-native level of German Advanced level of English Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support Good customer service skills and the ability to understand customer needs Strong listening and communication skills Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions Ability to take ownership of cases and manage them through to resolution Comfortable working in a customer service environment OFFER: Full-time (39 hours) contract, Monday to Friday, 09:00 and 18:00 Central office location in Barcelona Fully paid training on the company and project Career development programmes and specialised courses Comprehensive training on the product, advanced technologies, and in-demand skills in the market Guidance and tools to reach career potential
