A Full Time (30 hours) Physical Therapist , (PT/RPT), split position is now available in Charlton, MA. The ideal candidate will split their time between a Skilled Nursing Facility and an Assisted Living Facility in the same location. The Overlook is a building with an excellent rehab team. Campus is situated on 450 country acres and beautifully maintained inside and out.

The buildings are modern, clean and kept up to date. Modalities offered include: e-stim, ultrasound and diathermy. 2 rehab gyms with NuStep, practice stairs, fully operations kitchen, bathroom with full sized tub, parallel bars. Great rehab team!! • Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Physical Therapist, (PT / RPT), license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
