We are looking for someone who Has 3+ years of on-the-job experience in verifiable restoration estimator role working with Xactimate Is organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities. Communicates effectively in person, via email & phone. Has strong technology skills and is comfortable learning new systems.

Key responsibilities

and duties Conduct thorough job scopes and ensure estimates are completed and approved within established timelines. Work with Project Managers on project budgets, supplements, job costs, and timely customer collections. Communicate effectively with homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, and team members throughout the project.

Participate in project hand-offs, team meetings, and completed-project reviews to identify opportunities for improvement. Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction throughout the project.

Requirements

Ability to perform a physically active job, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and lifting/moving 50+ pounds. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Ability to pass a criminal background check for work on insurance-related claims. Basic smartphone, email, and technology skills.
