Administrative Assistant

Centi. Mark Corporation is the nation’s largest commercial roofing contractor with 100 locations across the US and 3,500 employees. We are seeking an energetic and positive Administrative Assistant to support our Billings branch! This role is paying $24/hr - $28/hr, plus premier benefits! Our ideal candidate will possess office administrative skills, be proficient in Google Docs/Sheets, have a friendly and outgoing personality, and the desire to help grow our business in the surrounding areas.

The candidate will also be responsible for managing and processing paperwork in SAP.

Job Summary

Supporting the office with day-to-day business needs Order entry and processing Invoicing and collecting invoices Payroll for hourly personnel Creating and maintaining reports Ordering and maintaining office/business supplies Managing a multi-line telephone system and email system Processing all incoming & outgoing mail/email Candidate Requirements: Administrative experience is required Excellent communication, follow up, and interpersonal skills Organizational & data entry skills with attention to detail Superb time management skills Ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy Working knowledge of Google Docs/Sheets & MS Office Suite SAP Experience is a plus!
