Controller

EMPLOYEE OWNER POSITION PURPOSE:

As our onsite Controller, you are charged with being the technical accounting leader of your onsite Accounting department, capable of effectively interacting with and supporting: clients (both internal and external), the Division Controller, Financial Services (HQ), and Executive Leadership. This role goes beyond routine bookkeeping, you are expected to have a genuine command of accounting fundamentals, including the chart of accounts, the monthly and annual close process, and the ability to prepare accurate financial statements, so that leadership can rely on your work with confidence.
