A respected national law firm seeks a Life Sciences Patent Partner with significant portable business to join and help expand its established IP life sciences practice. The platform is particularly well suited for partners representing branded biotechnology, pharmaceutical, university, and research institution clients.

The firm already has a strong life sciences foundation in place, creating an opportunity to immediately leverage existing resources, client relationships, and technical depth. Requirements

Significant portable business. Extensive branded biotech and/or pharmaceutical patent prosecution experience Ph.D. or other advanced scientific degree strongly preferred USPTO registration and state bar where practicing required Demonstrated ability to develop, maintain, and expand client relationships Experience counseling biotechnology companies, pharmaceutical companies, universities, and research institutions Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
