Human Resources Manager for small local manufacturer

Nashville Wire Products is seeking an Human Resource Manager to manage recruiting, on-boarding, and HR processes for our Frankfort, Kentucky location . This position is responsible for the full recruiting life cycle for 2 shift manufacturing operation with approximately 60 employees including but not limited to: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending external and/or internal candidates, background/drug screening and new hire orientation and benefits paperwork, and employee morale activities.
