Director of Safety

At KENT WORLDWIDE™, safety isn’t a box to check, it's a core value and mindset that shapes how we operate and grow. We’re looking for a Director of Safety who will drive enterprise-wide impact - setting strategy, influencing leadership decisions, and building a proactive, high-performing safety culture. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders to elevate standards, guide critical decisions, and ensure accountability across our operations - where your leadership directly impacts how we protect our people and perform as a business.

As a family-owned company with nearly a century of growth behind us, we’ve created something special, and we’re just getting started. Build something that lasts. Grow where you matter. Belong to something bigger!
