Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Solar Installer to join our team in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end installation of residential solar projects, ensuring quality execution as per approved designs and company standards. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete installation of assigned residential solar sites as per the approved Detailed Project Report (DPR)
- Handle material shifting and site readiness
- Install structure, modules, earthing, cabling, and inverter systems
- Execute civil works including foundations for structure and earthing
- Configure RMS (Remote Monitoring System)
- Provide system explanation and basic training to customers
- Ensure all SOPs are followed, including pre- and post-installation documentation Requirements
- Candidates must have completed Class 12 / ITI / Diploma
- Completion of a 3-month Skill Development Course
- 0–2 years of experience in electrical installations, maintenance, or related electrical work preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Good oral and written communication skills Additional Requirements:
- Strong ownership with a passion for delivering high-quality results
- Willingness to learn, upskill, and undertake tasks such as site surveys and material inspection
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in solar installation or renewable energy projects
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and safety standards
- Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage
