Job responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract top talent.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information.
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications for potential hires.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Job requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the technology or data center industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
