Production Team Lead (Crew Leader) Overview We’re looking for a motivated Production Team Lead to help drive daily operations and support a high-performing manufacturing team.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping production running smoothly, supporting team members, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment . This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on production experience who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role . What You’ll Do Help coordinate daily production activities to ensure schedules are met and downtime is minimized Support and train team members on equipment operation and safety procedures Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times Assist with production scheduling and balancing workloads across teams Review pre-shift equipment inspections and address any issues proactively Monitor materials and finished products to ensure quality standards and customer specifications are met Lead daily “Sunrise” meetings, safety talks, and ongoing training efforts Communicate updates clearly between team members and management Support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency Assist with performance feedback and employee development Maintain accurate production reports and required documentation Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards Step in and support operations wherever needed to keep production running smoothly What We’re Looking For 6 months to 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment (1–3 years preferred) Basic understanding of production scheduling and reporting Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Basic knowledge of lumber math, grades, and species Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to stay organized and keep a team on track in a fast-paced environment Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required Why Join Us Opportunity to step into a leadership role and grow your career Be part of a team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement Gain hands-on leadership experience in a stable production environment Compensation & Benefit Information: Hourly $20.

00-$25.00 dependent on experience.
