Medical Scheduler- Psych Medicine

Position Summary

Eventus WholeHealth delivers an integrated model that provides holistic care for medically vulnerable adults achieving extraordinary outcomes for the people we serve. This care is provided to adults who reside in skilled nursing, assisted living facilities and private residences through a network of healthcare providers including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Psychologists, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Clinical and Administrative Support Staff. 

In this role, you'll communicate effectively with patients, facilities, medical assistants, care team coordinators and providers to ensure the patients’ needs are being met.
