At PPTS, you’ll be part of a highly skilled team, including: Orthopedic Clinical Specialists (OCS) Certified MDT Therapists GIFT Fellows in Applied Functional Science (FAFS) Certified Hand Therapists (CHT) We have an immediate opening for a staff Physical Therapist at our Canton clinic, and are looking for professionals who are passionate about patient care, committed to continuous growth, and eager to develop expertise in orthopedic rehabilitation.

New Grad Mentorship Program 12 -24 month structured, formal program paired with an experienced Mentor. Weekly one-on-one’s along with consistent coaching/feedback. First Phase: Clinic Operations Second Phase: Skill Development – including manual therapy, differential diagnosis treatment, and communication strategies with patients Third Phase: Caseload ramp-up and independence Fourth Phase: Professional Growth – focus on career route beyond treating and CEU planning Leadership Development and Mentorship Program to develop and shape clinicians into a leadership role including Directorship and Clinical Instructor training Individualized Program Plans Steering Clinician to career pathway Weekly meetings with Regional Leaders with Operational skill development Taking on Assistant responsibilities Business and Strategic Development including financial planning, marketing, growth/mentorship training, and leading staff Licensed or upcoming Physical Therapist with an advanced degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.

Current Michigan Physical Therapist license in good standing, with active CPR certification. Proficiency in technology and clinical systems, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platforms, database applications, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
