Job description
The Durango Service Center Director leads all operations of The Salvation Army’s Service Center in La Plata County, Colorado, providing direct social services to individuals and families in need, managing fiscal oversight and local fundraising efforts, and representing TSA in the broader community. The Director reports to the EDS/SE Director at Divisional Headquarters (DHQ) in Denver, Colorado, and operates with significant autonomy, requiring strong self direction, sound professional judgment, and commitment to the mission of The Salvation Army.
The Director directly supervises a Case Manager and provides oversight to interns and volunteers.
