We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multi-country project execution, ensure operational excellence, and drive successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with solid engineering project experience, capable of managing cross-functional teams and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, scopes, and work breakdown structures aligned with company objectives.
  • Coordinate resource allocation including engineers, tools, and materials to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Track project budgets, monitor expenditures, and support financial reporting and cost control initiatives.
  • Assist in project pricing, cost estimates, and implementation of cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication, transparency, and high client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and enforce SLA compliance, contractual obligations, and service quality standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to maintain smooth project flow.
  • Ensure all project activities meet regulatory, safety, quality, and engineering compliance standards.
  • Supervise and support project teams, track performance, and foster a high-performance, collaborative work environment.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports.
  • Utilize project management tools to monitor progress, track deliverables, and manage workflows.
  • Collaborate across business units to support cross-functional initiatives and shared projects Requirements Requirements Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable. Experience
  • 5–8 years’ experience in project management, engineering project coordination, or operations management.
  • Experience in bottling, manufacturing, or engineering service industries is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing multi-country projects and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Technical and Functional Requirements
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite for reporting and documentation.
  • Familiarity with financial tracking tools and ERP systems for monitoring project expenses.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation, engineering drawings, and compliance reports.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
  • Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making abilities.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and safety standards in engineering environments.
