Job description
Position Purpose. This position is responsible for developing and administering the employee health and safety programs to ensure the health and safety of employees and clients. This includes responsibility for compliance with various federal and state regulations, including, but not limited to the Head Start Act, Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) and Washington Industrial Safety & Health Act (WISHA).
Also responsible for administering, coordinating and communicating various types of regulated employee leave, including, but not limited to Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Worker’s Compensation, etc. Distinguishing Characteristics Inspire Development Centers provides Early Childhood Educ
