• Dubai Media City, UAE Work from Office Finance Assistant (Accounts Payables) Responsibilities:
• Understand and apply basic accounting principles relating to accounts payable
• Process purchase orders
• Ensures accounts payable invoices are accurate, properly coded and authorized for payment.
• Ensures completeness and accuracy of all accounts payable databases and files, including monthly, periodic and annual reconciliation of control accounts
• Ensures accurate processing to accounts in compliance with appropriate policies and procedures with correct application of taxes.
• Liaise with other departments / Customers / Vendors
• File, organize and maintain files Requirements:
• Commerce graduate with more than 3 years of experience
• Microsoft Excel skills
• Good communication
