Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Assists in the hiring process for SCDOT Headquarters (HQ) using NeoGov system. Prepares advertisements and enters appropriate information into NeoGov to fill positions and close requisitions. Drafts and post job listings in NeoGov. Assists in reviewing and screening qualifications to identify qualified candidates. Ensures candidates are properly dispositioned in NeoGov system in alignment with compliance and process standards.

Refers applicants to appropriate managers in HQ. Ensures that any underutilization provided by the Agency’s Affirmative Action Officer is provided to HQ Managers with the referral of the applications. Provides timely feedback and updates to assist candidates and...
