Position Overview

We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to the CEO to keep the CEO focused on Thea Energy's highest priorities and ensure their days run smoothly. You’ll lead complex calendar stewardship, coordinate mission-critical logistics, and partner closely with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and Company leadership to create clarity, flow, and follow-through across internal and external engagements.

This is an in-person role with regular collaboration across executive leaders and staff. As the executive assistant to the CEO, you will provide critical support across a variety of operational tasks. In this role, you’ll own the CEO’s calendar and inbox, drive scheduling and follow-up across a network of team members, investors, and partners, , and serve as a true operational partner, keeping a high-output founder focused on what matters most.

Someone with strong EQ, the confidence to manage up and push back with good judgment, and experience supporting a CEO. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in the fast-paced environment of a rapidly scaling company. Thea Energy’s dynamic team is made up of self-motivated individuals with an excitement for solving complex problems.
