Job description
The Shift Manager is responsible for the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and the Assistant Manager. Under the direct supervision of a General Manager, this position will be responsible for the operation of an assigned restaurant in accordance with Yoshinoya policies, procedures, and standards to ensure successful operations, team development, and favorable guest relations.
