ABOUT WILLINGHAM WORKS Willingham Works is a nurse-led, woman-owned small business based in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. We build long-term relationships with healthcare facilities across Kentucky and southern Indiana, and we maintain an active candidate pool of qualified Respiratory Therapists. WE ARE BUILDING OUR CANDIDATE POOL We are talking with Respiratory Therapists in New Iberia, Louisiana, and the surrounding 10-mile area who are open to learning about future opportunities.

This is NOT an immediate opening — we're building a pre-screened candidate pool so when our partner hospitals and clinics have RT needs, we have the right people ready. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Active RT license in Kentucky or Indiana * CRT or RRT credential * Experience in any of: adult ICU, NICU, pediatric ICU, ER, sleep lab, pulmonary clinic, home health, vent management * All shifts welcome — days, nights, weekends, PRN, contract * New RT grads with credentials are welcome to apply WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT * Clinical-led screening — we evaluate experience, not just credentials.

COMPENSATION
