As well as supporting clients in their own homes, you’ll mentor, support, review and assess the work of our care professionals, providing feedback for training and development. As a champion for outstanding care, you’ll be supervising, supporting and guiding a team of carers on a daily basis. Updating systems, checking care notes and supporting with client and staff compliance will also form part of this role.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced care professional, looking for their next step within their career development. Applicants will need to be a driver with access to their own vehicle as this role is field based.
