16 Hours Flex, Little Rock, AR
Provides recreational services and activities for individuals with cognitive, developmental, and physical disabilities. Assess the needs, interests, and capabilities of participants and develops individualized therapeutic recreation plans. Responsible for assisting in the planning, supervision, implementation, and evaluation of the comprehensive therapeutic recreation program which includes activities of a physical, functional, social and cultural nature. Works as part of the BRAVO team to assist participants to maximize their potential.
