DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet students, answer questions, and direct them to the proper individual(s). Meet with students to tutor in Ag. Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics. Maintain documents in the Science tutoring location with Navigate360 software. Provide quality customer service. Collaborate and communicate with the supervisor. Work with students to assist them in understanding material from freshman and sophomore level courses. Work with a group of students. Work with Faculty members. Perform other duties as assigned. This position is for one Fall and Spring semester.

Qualifications

Requirements

Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at East Texas A&M University-Commerce. Must be available on weekends and in the evening. Basic computer and typing skills. Basic phone operations (answering, holding, and transferring). Basic organizational skills. Perform accurate and detailed work. Ability to work as a team member toward the common goals of the tutoring center.

Ability to provide excellent customer service. All positions are security-sensitive.
