Closing Agent - Roaring Fork Valley

The Closing Agent completes closing transactions in refinance, resale (that may include market trend transactions such as short sales and foreclosures) and builder segments by determining requirements, clearing title, assembling, preparing and reviewing closing documents, and disbursing funds. The Closing Agent takes responsibility for the entire closing transaction while maintaining a growing book of business. We are seeking a qualified Closing Agent for the Roaring Fork Valley (Basalt, Carbondale and Glenwood Springs).

This is an in-office position, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
