Your leadership will directly influence partner satisfaction, vendor success, and the continued growth of Pax8’s marketplace ecosystem. ✅ What You Bring Proven experience leading teams within vendor management, operations, or project environments Extensive background managing complex projects and cross-functional initiatives Demonstrated ability to balance business needs with technical understanding Strong communication skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels Experience working with cloud vendors or ecosystems such as Microsoft, AWS, Google, or Adobe Familiarity with project and process methodologies such as Agile, Lean, or similar frameworks Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities A passion for innovation and continuous improvement 🤝 Trust and Hiring At Pax8, we care deeply about building genuine, trust based relationships — starting with how we hire.
