Job description
Under direction of the Vice President, the supervisor will provide day to day staff support including, but not limited to, non-routine complex processes and requests relative to member satisfaction. Supervisor will assist in minimizing and mitigating credit union losses by maintaining a low delinquency, reducing write-offs and increasing our recoveries.
Assist manager with coordination of collection system and collection servicing programs. Correspond with members relating to collection related agreements. Responsible for coordination and maintenance of department procedures, compiling statistical data, and management reporting. Responsible for staying current with all applicable policies and procedures.
