Loan Center Consultant

The Loan Center Consultant role is a highly consultative sales opportunity operating in a call center environment. The Lending Consultant will be responsible for handling incoming loan interactions from members, offering beneficial products and services to members, effectively conveying application decisions, providing financial education and an all-around exceptional member experience via the telephone.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, listening, identifying cross-selling opportunities, gathering, and analyzing loan documentation, and ensuring the member and department goals and objectives are met.
